The Beacon is turning in to an unhappy hunting ground for Newhaven, who have now conceded ten goals in their last two visits to Hassocks’ home.

Four of those goals came in an awful first half for the Dockers, with Jamie Wilkes, Harry Furnell, Liam Hendy and Morgan Vale all getting themselves on the scoresheet.

After a tighter second half, Hassocks eventually got a fifth in stoppage time as Will Berry added salt to some serious Newhaven wounds.
