The season-long fixture list was released by the league on Wednesday evening and sees us host AFC Varndeanians (Saturday 27th July) before travelling to Crawley Down Gatwick (Tuesday 6th August) in our opening two league fixtures. Our next two league matches sees us at home against Horsham YMCA (Saturday 10th August) before another long midweek away trip to Bexhill United (Wednesday 14th August).

We will actually face Horsham YMCA twice in a week as we head to Gorings Mead in the FA Cup on Saturday 3rd August, and also have an away tie in the FA Vase, which sees us travel to Tooting Bec – of the Southern Counties East Football League First Division – on Sunday 25th, in the First Qualifying Round.

Should progress be made in the FA Cup then a home fixture awaits against either Broadbridge Heath or Horley Town on Saturday 17th August.

The local derbies between Newhaven and Peacehaven are in their usual Christmas and Easter slots, with us hosting the Boxing Day fixture at Fort Road on Thursday 26th December and then travelling to the Sports Park for the Easter Derby on Monday 21st April.

Other notable dates during the season sees us host Eastbourne United on Tuesday 24th September, before travelling to the Oval for the return fixture on Saturday 28th December.

Our other bank holiday opponents this season are Saltdean United, who we will host on Monday 26th August, although this will now change due to our FA Vase involvement the day before. There will be no fixture on New Years Day.

There are three new teams to the league this season; Roffey were promoted from Division One as champions, Wick were also promoted via the playoffs, and Petersfield Town will debut in the SCFL after a sideways move by the FA.

We will travel to all three in the opening half of the season; Petersfield Town on Saturday 14th September, Roffey on Tuesday 1st October, and Wick on Saturday 29th November. The return fixture against Petersfield Town on Saturday 4th January will be our first match of 2025.

Our last away fixture of the season will be the aforementioned derby against Peacehaven, before the season concludes with a home match against Hassocks – the same opponents who we ended the 2023/24 season against – on Saturday 26th April.

A full list of fixtures can be found here. As always, some fixtures will be subject to change due to weather and cup competitions.
